Coming up the steps to the villa you’ll find the DOWN duplex, which consists of a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (double beds), and a bathroom with shower cubicle. Following along the exterior stairs, you reach the UP duplex.
The ground floor features a bedroom with 2 twins, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, a bright living room area with balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle), with a door leading out to the spacious pool area.
The top floor leads up to a private bedroom (queen bed) with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and its very own lounge area that opens onto a terrace with stunning breathtaking sea views.
All bedrooms include fitted wardrobes and wall-mounted TVs. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Outside, guests can enjoy the private pool, sun loungers, BBQ and a peaceful setting just steps from the water.
