Villa Leo is a modern two-level villa in Barbati, designed for families and small groups who want both comfort and proximity to the sea. It features two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, flexible spaces and a guest WC, the villa accommodates up to 5 guests – 4 in beds (1 queen + 2 twin beds) and 1 on a stool that turns into a comfortable bed.

The ground floor features a cozy living room which the stool bed is situated, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area that opens out to a terrace with direct access to the pool. On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and their own balconies offering privacy and breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea and the lush green mountains.

Outdoors, a private pool, BBQ corner, and shaded dining area creating the perfect setting for family meals or evenings with friends. Parking is offered ensuring convenience throughout your stay.

All bedrooms include wardrobes and wall-mounted TVs. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer.
